/// ABOUT ///

Applied intelligence for agencies that cannot afford to be wrong.

CypherMission builds investigation intelligence platforms for law enforcement, prosecution, federal agencies, corrections, enterprise compliance, and military intelligence. Every finding is cryptographically credentialed. Every output is independently verifiable. No black boxes.

THE MISSION

The gap that causes case collapse is not bad investigators or bad prosecutors. It is a system with no structural floor. Evidence collected without cryptographic verification. AI findings with no disclosed methodology. Brady material buried in discovery without automatic surfacing. Intelligence produced manually without documented cross-referencing.

CypherMission closes the structural gaps. Not by adding speed to a broken process, but by rebuilding the process so the gaps cannot exist. Chain of custody at collection. Daubert-ready findings from the first output. ACI intelligence that compounds across every case, every agency, every deployment, so the system gets measurably more accurate the longer it runs.

During the Oxford University AI Program in 2026, the founding work on Adaptive Compound Intelligence was reviewed by program faculty and framed as “a fundamentally new category of intelligence architecture” distinct from existing large language model, agentic, and retrieval-augmented generation paradigms.

Federal past performance includes cleared engagements with the Department of Veterans Affairs (FedRAMP High), Department of Homeland Security, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Transportation Security Administration, and General Services Administration.

Kelsi Strange

VP, PLATFORM DESIGN + DIGITAL STRATEGY

Kelsi Strange brings full-stack digital engineering expertise across interface architecture, front-end development, and platform performance optimization. She leads web platform builds from technical specification through component-level implementation and production deployment, owning design systems, responsive architecture, and conversion-optimized UI patterns across the full project lifecycle.

Her technical scope covers semantic front-end architecture, structured data implementation, and GEO/SEO infrastructure engineering, so the platforms built for CypherMission clients rank, load fast, and convert. Client portfolio spans real estate, healthcare, legal services, and the arts, with consistent delivery across multi-project workflows coordinating design, engineering, and launch timelines simultaneously.

At Lucid Tech Labs, Kelsi oversees product design and digital strategy for the ACI platform suite: managing cross-functional team coordination, client-facing platform builds, and marketing infrastructure. She applies the same technical rigor to visual execution and brand systems as to backend performance architecture, producing platforms engineered to operate at production scale from day one.

/// TECHNOLOGY FOUNDATION ///

POWERED BY

CypherMission ACI Super Intelligence

The intelligence layer powering every CypherMission platform is licensed from Lucid Tech Labs LLC. ACI (Adaptive Compound Intelligence) is a new class of intelligence architecture, not a better large language model, but a compounding network where every real-world deployment outcome continuously sharpens the model. Every case makes every subsequent case more accurate. Every agency deployment adds to the shared intelligence layer.
